Cumin-Spiced Baked Sweet Potato Fries
serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato, washed
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- cumin
Method:
- Preheat oven to 425*.
- Slice your sweet potato in half lengthwise. Then slice each half across the middle and slice 1/4″ thick lengthwise slices from each half.
- Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle of kosher salt, and a very generous 1/4 teaspoon of cumin.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Simple? Yes. Simple enough for a Friday night, even. Tasty? You bet.
